A redesign of an existing residential home to suit a new owner. Mitch Lichtman Architects refined all the rooms with new joinery, balustrading and a new gourmet kitchen. The rear garden was renovated and the outdoor living spaces in the front and back of the house were extended. The basement was enlarged to allow the addition of a artists studio and teenagers rumpus room and guest area.
