Mitch Lichtman created the practice Folk Lichtman and Associates in 1993, before merging with Campbell Luscombe in 2003, where he was a director, until 2009.
Mitch is and experienced Architect with over 25 years experience in age care, retail and residential work. His experience includes high-end residential age care facilities in Flood Street, Bondi, and Waterbrook in Austral. Lifestyle Manor in Flood Street was the first “vertical village” built in Australia. He has also designed high care facilities for Uniting Care in Port Macquarie and Nambucca Heads, now under construction.
He was also a senior designer for Westfield, being the principal designer for Miranda Shopping centre, leading a team of Architects and Interior designers, to produce the documentation for the largest shopping centre in Australia, at the time. He has maintained his passion for retail design by designing many stores and a chain of organic supermarkets.
Besides undertaking design work on all projects, Mitch is responsible for the IT and documentation management of the Practice. His design skills and understanding of the industry as well as 20 years local experience, provides his clients with innovative and profitable projects.
