This is a new residential aged care project currently under development on the mid North Coast of New South Wales. The project concept has been developed in alignment with UnitingCare Ageing’s new Service Model to provide a range of accommodation settings, within a centre.
The facility was designed to provide general community facilities include a cafe with a kiddies’ corner, a hair dressing salon, and a library and chapel that both the internal and external community can access.
Whilst residents will have access to a unique roof top garden and atrium level and landscaped gardens. The luxurious private rooms include ensuites, dining and lounge rooms. Internal fitouts include fire places, wall paper, carpets and kitchens will maintain the feel of home within the supported care and accommodation.
