Lifestyle Manor is a six storey vertical age care village comprising 40 serviced self care apartments (plus 2 basement parking levels). The brief was to nurture an optimal community feel, and situate the facility within the dense urban context of Bondi (Sydney Australia).
The architectural design is structured around a 5 level central atrium, which reinforces a strong sense of community within the facility. Luxurious facilities are located in the basement to further enhance communal benefits.
